A Few Things to Know Before You Order
All Refrigerated Orders Must be Received within 2 Days of Shipment
The following map shows the number of business days your shipment will take to reach you using UPS Ground Service. Shipments of Frozen Raw Meat products must arrive within 48 hours of shipment. If your home resides outside of the Gold / Tan areas you must select either 2 Day or Next Day Service.
Special Insulated Foam Shipping Container and Dry Ice are Required on All Refrigerated Orders
We use special insulated foam shipping containers for our frozen meat shipments. The containers are available in 3 convenient sizes:
Small: Holds 1 to 12 Lbs. of frozen raw meat
Medium: Holds 13 to 30 Lbs. of frozen raw meat
Large Holds 31 to 42 Lbs. of frozen raw meat
In addition 5 lbs. of dry ice is required to keep the meat at optimum “sub-zero” temperature. The refrigerated handling charge will be added to each order based upon the total shipment weight of the combined meat orders.
We Ship Refrigerated Orders Once Weekly
Due to the complexity and “Time Sensitive” nature of refrigerated shipments we only ship frozen meats once per week. Our normal shipping day is Tuesday with the exception of certain weeks where a holiday might present a conflict. Therefore it is important that you gauge your needs carefully by projecting your pet’s daily consumption and order accordingly.
UPS Delivery Requirements:
Due to the temperature sensitive nature of refrigerated shipments it is important that someone be available to receive your order upon delivery in order to immediately place your order in a refrigerator or freezer.
Should you not be available to receive the order it is important that you leave delivery instructions for the driver on your front door or normal point of UPS delivery. The decision to leave the delivery without personal receipt is at the discretion of the driver and is beyond our control.
All deliveries must be sent to a physical delivery address. Post office boxes are not acceptable.
Pet Orlando cannot be responsible for orders left in a non-temperature controlled environment due to heat and climatic conditions.
