We deliver locally within a 20 mile radius for a flat fee of $15.00. Deliveries beyond this distance are available but may result in a higher delivery fee (Please Contact us for a quote).
On Line orders are normally delivered on the next Business Day (Monday - Friday). Please fill out the Contact form below in order to provide us with your delivery preferences. You may request a delivery time frame allowing a "2 Hour Delivery Window". Although we cannot guarantee we will make every effort to comply. If you provide us with a Text capable phone number the driver can notify you when the delivery is completed.
If your delivery contains frozen food we can supply an insulated bag for an additional $4.95 or you can provide an insulated cooler where the driver may place your products if no one will be at home to accept the delivery.
Pet Orlando cannot be responsible for products left outside without someone being there to accept the delivery. Delivery fees are for a "One Time" delivery attempt and are non-refundable.
