Whether you choose the ease and convenience of the Pre-Prepared 75% Meat / 25% Vegetable Frozen Foods or elect to prepare your own the choice is yours. We offer convenient 1 lb. packages of frozen meat (Beef, Chicken, Turkey, Lamb or Fish) already mixed with exactly the right portion of vegetables. All you have to do is add the required supplements. Or you can choose to prepare you own. Many of our customers choose a combination of the two alternatives dependent on their time or travel schedule.

1 Thaw the fresh frozen meal in your refrigerator (or prepare your own mixture of 75% raw meat/25% ground or juiced vegetables). 2 Add enough purified water until the meat looks like a thick chili 3 Add the Calcium, Aloe Concentrate, and Multi-Vitamin as instructed on the labels.
